How To Join
You can become a Club Member by picking up a Club Membership Registration
Form at The City Ground or from any participating outlet around Winchester.
Simply complete the Registration Form and return it to us with your
Membership Fee. We will then send you your Membership Card.
Club Membership Rules
These Rules apply to Club Membership of Winchester City Football Club (“the
Club”). By subscribing as a Club Member you agree to accept and be bound by
these Rules.
1. The Current Club Membership Scheme runs until June 1 2004,
and thereafter for each successive twelve-month period. If you wish to
remain as a Club Member following June 1 2004, or each in subsequent year,
you will be required to pay the applicable subscription fee(s) for that year
as published by the Club. Failure to renew will mean your Membership will be
automatically cancelled on the applicable expiration date without further
notice to you.
2. You will not be entitled to any reimbursement of your subscription fee
for any reason.
3. As a Club Member you will be entitled to the benefits applicable to Club
Membership as published by the Club from time to time on this Web Site. The
Club reserves the right to vary or change in any way and at any time any
benefits or other products or services offered to Club Members by publishing
notice of any such change or variation on this Web Site. The Club will not
be obliged to notify any Club Member individually, so please check this Web
Site regularly for Club Membership information.
4. Following receipt of your Subscription Form and your subscription fees,
the Club will issue you with a Club Members Card. To qualify for discounted
admission to home matches and for the discounts and other benefits offered
by participating retailers, restaurants or other service providers through
the Club Membership Discount Scheme, you must show your Club Membership Card
at the time you order or are required to pay for goods or services. that
will be issued to you by the Club.
5. The discounts or benefits available through the Club Membership Discount
Scheme are displayed in good faith by the Club based on what each applicable
participating outlet has told us. We do not guarantee that any participating
outlet will continue to offer any discount through the period of your Club
Membership and, we cannot be responsible for any participating outlet
honouring any published discount at any time, nor for any products and
services supplied to you by any such participating outlet.
6. Generally, the discounts offered by participating retailers only apply to
“non-sale” items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Also, where discounts are offered by participating restaurants, these will
not generally apply to alcoholic beverages. Always ask each applicable
participating retailer, restaurant or service provider for details if you
are unsure.
7. When attending matches, Club Members will be subject to the Club’s rules
and regulations, including those relating to behaviour and bad language!.
8. Your use of the Club Shop will be subject to the Terms of Trading of
Goldshore Holdings plc.
9. If you are in breach of these Rules or any other of the Club’s rules and
regulations, the Club reserves the right to terminate your Club Membership
immediately on written notice to you and, in such event, you will not be
entitled to any refund of your subscription charges or any part thereof.
